  • All prices listed on amraz.co.nz are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders & Delivery

  • Orders can be placed 24/7 through our website.

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • We deliver to addresses across New Zealand. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

    • Auckland Metro: 1–2 business days

    • North Island (outside Auckland): 2–4 business days

    • South Island: 3–5 business days

  • Delivery fees apply unless your order qualifies for free shipping over $100.

  • Free Store Pickup is available in Auckland.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only if:

    • The product is faulty or damaged,

    • You received the wrong product, or

    • The product had expired at the time of delivery.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, a store credit/voucher will be issued for the value of the returned product.
